We’re pleased to share that Prof. Vladlena Benson MBE and Dr Bogdan Adamyk from Aston University visited Uniwersytet Bielsko-Bialski (UBB), Poland, as part of the EU-funded FORCE project.
The visit strengthen collaboration between Aston University and UBB under Work Package 2: Blockchain Analytics & AI for AML. Discussions and technical sessions focused on blockchain data collection and preprocessing, feature engineering, AI-enabled anomaly detection, and the development of robust approaches for identifying suspicious cryptocurrency transactions.
This secondment provided an excellent opportunity to exchange expertise, align research methods, and support joint work on FORCE deliverables related to blockchain analytics and AI models for transaction anomaly detection.
We are excited to see this partnership develop further and look forward to the next stages of Aston–UBB collaboration within the FORCE consortium.
