Our latest paper is now published in the Journal of Banking Regulation (Springer Nature).

The study titled “AI-driven financial fraud: key risks and legal protections for financial institutions” (authors: Prof. Vitaliy Shpachuk, Dr. Olena Markova and Dr. Bogdan Adamyk) examines how AI-enabled techniques are reshaping fraud risk in financial services and what legal, governance, and compliance measures can help institutions respond effectively.
